School Field Trips
Santiago hides more than 476 years of history, making it a perfect place for stories and anecdotes which are covered by modern development. Stories which only a small group has discovered. Santiago Freak Tours provides a innovative and fun way of re-discovering Santiago and its surroundings.
We design LEARNING experiences using the city as a meaningful resource, encouraging interaction between the students and the historical, natural, cultural and other aspects of it. All this, and the use of audiovisual aids and on site performances, allow these little “suerteros” a better understanding of their own environment.
Our staff of highly trained Pregoneros (guides) and juglares (actors) are trained to provide a profound learning experience, highlighting our city’s cultural and natural heritage.

Quality and safety are our biggest challenges, thus we hold two important certificates provided by the SERNATUR (National Tourism Service) Quality Tourism Seal and SIGO (Organization Management Integral System) distinction. Moreover, in order to guarantee this, we provide 1 tour guide each 15 students. We also invite teachers and parents to participate in these learning experiences.
